Yes, it has a button at top left to dock it. But if you drag it away from the edge, the button fades away, reappearing when docked to an edge.

really like this skin and im new to all of this stuff, i got the skin installed and got my programs in and working but i really like that taskbar you have in the picture, how and where can i get that? thanks and keep up the great work.
