That is actually set by the 3D Controls/Button - Face color & can be changed in the Classic Colors section of SkinStudio. Be aware that it will change the Button Face color for all unskinned windows.

can u pls elaborate??? i can't find it in SkinStudio. where will i go in the explorer bar of skinstudio??? thanks for the info. by the way, stone can't find it in task panel. please help!!

You can also click on the large Classic Colors icon in the sidepanel to the left of the Preview Pane. If you can't see it due to your screen resolution, there is a scroll button at the bottom of the sidepanel & you can scroll down to it.
