Web Browser through Stardock Central wont let me foward to next page! HELP!

Hi, I really need some help on this because I don't know what I'm doing wrong. When I'm in Stardock Central and I go to Skins and Themes it pulls up the wincust. web browser. Well, it lets me pick which page I want to go to, and even lets me download what I want on that page. However, it won't let me change pages, like if I'm in page 1 of 5 it wont let me go to next page, even if I click on the page number, it a no-go. It doesn't give me an error message or anything it just does nothing. It's like when you click on part of a blank space on a page. Nothing. Could somebody help me please?
