Logon Help

Hi guys.
I'v got this problem with a logon template I'm making, maybe you can help me. I want to move the shutdown icon from the bottom to the right center box, is that possible?
Take a look at these images:
Link (what it looks like now, notice the shutdown button on the buttom)
Link (and here can you see where the button is supposed to be)
Any suggestions?
