Color "Drift" after format change

In a MS Style skin that I made WB5-compatible with Skin Studio Standard, there's an anomaly in the 'OK' buttons. This skin uses buttons that sometimes change colors when "pressed," the colors being blue, green, and yellow/orange. But the OK button is supposed to be yellow/orange. But when transformed using Skin Studio and applied with WB5, the orange color in the OK button drifts to blue and then back again, repeatedly, each drift taking only a few seconds.
