OD Plus under limited user account

Hi
Before I decided to re-do my whole system, Object dock Plus was working perfectly under a limited user account.
Well, now I seem to have a problem. OD Plus will not run under a limited user account.
I wish that I could remember how it all was working before the reformat, but that was like 7 months ago.
