So i downloaded DogmaX2a...and i cant get it to work
is there a step by step thing i can do to make it work
since i am not the brightest at this stuff.

no i do not, i honestly just opened my computer out of the box and went to download the theme so i really have no idea what im doing so pardon my stupidity lol but i guess i need a step by step of how to use it.

You need various software to use various skins.
Each gallery has a description which includes a link to get the software. Depending on what you're looking at (or for), the software can be free (or have a free version) or shareware (trial) or standard/enhanced (paid) or pro (pay more, get more than standard).
There is also a software tab at the top of the page.
