how to create rollup windows

ok people i want to create a roll up window and have it only show the title bar, but how do i do that, or what program do i need to do this because i have been goin through the windowblinds stuff and i see in the preview picture of rool up windows,

oh hell ya thank you so much i have it on right click, didn't know that was there, just bought window blinds the other day and there is soooo much you can do with it, Great program
