how to roll up a window

hello everyone, i have a question i have been goin through the windowblinds section and i see that some of the windows are roll-up, and it only show the top of the title bar, hope you understand that. well my problem is how do i do that or what program do i need to do that because i would love to roll up my windows so only the title bar shows

That 'rollup' is a feature of Windowblinds itself...

- Open Configure WindowBlinds
- On the left, under Settings, select User Overrides
- In User Overrides, click Advanced Settings button (lower right corner)
- In Advanced Settings dialog, under Right-click Action, open drop-down list & select Rollup / Down Window.
- Click OK to close dialog box
- On left side of Configure WindowBlinds window, under WindowBlinds, click Apply Changes.
- Exit Configure WindowBlinds

After changing this WB setting, right-click Titlebar to roll up window...
