Startmenu

StartMeun

Wednesday, January 11, 2006 by MaxBlade | Discussion: WindowBlinds

Hey I have a problem. Ok to give you an idea, with no skin you know how the startmenu looks? Ok I install lets say "Solaire" and that startmenu looks way different. Well now when I hit the Startmenu I get an outline. It's like it takes a picture and you see that behind the startmenu. If I apply the skin again it looks great but have an program running and press the start menu you see the outline and the picture of what was behind it when I 1st applyed the skin.

You might copy and paste the "System Info" from WBConfig in your next post. And more details: when does this occur (running certain apps, all the time), what skins does this happen with, shareware or subscriber, latest build or latest release? I think I understand what you are describing, but this happens on my laptop which doesn't support per-pixel.

I had a simular problem from the earliest WB5 version or the last version before 5 was officially released. (I don't remember which now) If that is your case, you just need to update to the latest version. Btw, my computer supports per pixel borders.

Ok guys forget it lol. I work in Windows 2003 and I swithed to Windows XP and the skin "Solaire" works super. So it's just Windows 2003.
