Problem with eMule

I'm using eMule which allows minimizing to the System Tray (not to the running tasks bar but directly to the System Tray). This does not work. The icon appears on the System Tray as it should but the program stays on the screen and in the Running Tasks bar I suddenly see a question mark icon where the emule icon used to be.
Any ideas?

So no one also has this bug? this is really annoying for me.
Too bad this program has so many bugs. it could have been so perfect for me.
