Backgrounds

In making backgrounds and skins could or should I use a program like paint shop pro or something different?
also is there Document help file for doing this.

Look in your Object dock folder Program files/Stardock/ObjectDock/backgrounds there should be a text file called ObjectDock Skinning readme this should give you everything you need, also you can edit configuration settings files in notepad and save them as .ini files. have fun

edit Paint shop or photo shop are fine save images as png files
