Why these differences?

As you can see, they are totally difference. Mine does not even have a "Click to rate" link below the rating stars.
I tried clearing cache, login-logout... the result was the same.
Any idea why?

Thats because you are not a subscriber to the site, and he is. You see ads, he does not. I also think that one of you might have ratings filters turned on. And yes, caching might also be affecting it.
