Wincustomize Tray anomaly
causes explorer to crash

Loading skins from the WinCustomize tray app caused explorer to crash (XP Pro OS). Not sure if this is a skin issue or the tray app. It started when WB5.0 beta came out and has become more frequent since then. Its getting to the point where I cant reliably use the Wincustomize Tray application anymore. I can still view latest and greatest, but doing an "Apply" just causes problems such as explorer crash and reloads then there are no frames for the dialog boxes. No skins either.
