I will retire

I never found the time to dig too deep into graphics programs because of my business and private life. Another reason is I began my copy&paste work (I refrain from calling it "skinning") as a substitute for DJing (I have to do something creative) and the last 1 year to 2 brought more opportunities to share the music I like with others than ever before. So today I live my creativity in clubs again and not so much more on the computer pushing pixels and bitmap-snippets to fit together (instead pushing songs from different artist to fit together).

This does not mean I will vistit Wincustomize any second less than I have done nor that I will not take part in the forums anymore or not being critical with things I disagree with (greetings to Larry
), I just don't see me doing ports or other graphical 'work' anymore. And there still is a german deskmodding-forum (http://www.deskmodder.de)that I saw grow 200 users up to nearly 15000 now and that I proud to be a moderator for. They have an own Stardock area I am responsable for and try to help people with their problems (So in case anyone wonders in the chat that I have strange questions : That is the reason
).If anyone feels to update anything I have done in the past : Please ask the original author first (which in most cases is Pixtudio, MikeB314 or Mormegil) and If they give their 'Okay !' pass me a permission-request with their answer included.
Now I will take the opportunity to thank a few people that really got me into this whole thing and who I met over the past years :
Copland, Thredz, Tech13, Deaddreamer and Dangeruss for the initial 'fix'. Brad and the whole Stardock crew for the great programs, without whom I couldn't imagine any computer I ever own. Gillon for giving me the opportunity to do my 1st published complete DX-Theme based on her graphics, for her great work on the Sountox-WB-Skin and for being nice as she is. Koop for being a friend and reading my 'rants' and understanding them. Alexandrie and Treetog, MikeB314, Hippy and Voo and Mormegil for so many great skins in years(free and purchase ones) and for just being themselves. Liquidchrome for his great work on the Sountox-Suite understanding my concept and graphical ideas and being himself. Jafo for being... hmmm... well... Jafo.
And of course to the great Wincustomize community.

| Why would you thank people for getting you into this stuff? I would never thank the hoodlums I hung out with when I was younger that turned me on to all sorts of bad stuff. |
Good one.

You try and stay away from here and I'll personally hunt you down and drag you back, screaming.

If the retirement sticks... Have a good one.
If it doesn't , I have a new number to call for help.
