Active windows hide since WB download

Does anyone have a fix for this?

I have Windows XP SP2 Home, Pentium 4 1.3Ghz, 2G of RAM - Should be enough computer to pull a mule.
I have WB5 but it was happening w/ WB4 as well.

OS, WB version, RAM, video, etc., and the info from the System Information screen in WBConfig would help.
