Removing Substyles

I would like to know how to remove a substyle that was accedentily created for one of my personal skins. I have one that I don't need and at the time I created it, I thought I would need it. Is there a way to remove that extra substyle without affecting the main skin itself?

Presumably it's a WB skin, so open the main skin in Skinstudio, then use the 'save as' option from the file menu to temporarily save it under another name. Don't check the 'save as substyle' box. Skinstudio will then save only the main skin and the images used in it. Then you can delete the old version, and then resave, or rename the temp one back to what it was originally.
