I think I screwed something up

I accidently deleted my website off my server the other day, so I had to reupload everything. I thought it was all good and no big deal. But a couple people using Firefox said there were spaces in my navigation bar and the page didn't load correctly.
I looked at it in Firefox 1.5 and IE and it looked fine.
Does anyone else see any problems?
