Skinning Problem with Adobe Professional

Menu options go blank

Thursday, December 8, 2005 by JERRY JOHNS | Discussion: WindowBlinds

I'm using WB5 (v5.0, build 4, x86) and Adobe Professional v7.0.0. It skins beautifully. When I click on a menu, ie: "Document", the dropdown appears as it should; all options are shown and they are skinned. However, when I move my mouse pointer down the list of options, the bottom of list goes blank. I can move the mouse to the approximate place the option previously appeared and click to run that option. The next time I go to this same dropdown, the cycle repeats itself.

It does this with any skin; I'm using Aura currently.

Any ideas on how I can prevent the menu options from disappearing?

Thanks!
Jerry

I don't have A.Pro. but on any programs where I have an issue with menues and such, I only skin the title bar. last option in list when using per application.

Thanks for the suggestion. I did that and it fixed the problem of menu options disappearing. However, the menus are STILL skinned, ie: they're semi-tranparent and the Aura look and feel.

Interesting... I'm good to go. Thanks!
