WB5 quirks

I have two issues with WB5
1
I have the my computer icon and my documents icon changed from their default icons (becuase I can) when Wb starts up, it changes the icons back to what they used to be. Why on earth would it care? it never did before

although it says it can ignore skin color themes, it still changes the color themes for my compy. normally I wouldnt care, but when MS word looks so dark that it is hard to read the text I have a problem (using the thredz skin). Is there a way to fix these....annoyances?

yes (you're not the only one) and yes (you're/we're stuck so far)
maybe it's tied into the properties/appearance tab/color scheme button - when i click it, it tells me that's not allowed in the shareware version = which i don't have, i have the paid

The 5.00[b].006 version is supposed to have fixed that (the erroneous shareware version message, anyway).

I'm also having a problem with WB5, just gonna post it here since ti seems to WB5 problems. On the freeware version it often doesn't allow me to change the skin, such as right now. If anyone can help it'd be grealty appreciated.
