why is the bar at the bottom of the window on windows pink when i use a skin???? its annoying me so muc i cannot work out how to do it!!!!

to post a pic you need to upload it to a hosting site (like photobucket or imagehost) then copy the http url generated there, click 'image' here and insert the url.
