You can have your WB through another way too. Download and install StardockCentral aka SDC from http://sdc.stardock.com/sdcentral_setup.exe
Part I:
After installation, run SDC and go to Tools --> Register Products ... and from Drop down menu select WindowBlinds 5 and then enter the email address which you have used to purchase WB and serial number which has been emailed to you and click Update. If have selected correct product and enter bothe email address and serial correct, you will recieve a message that you successfully registered your products. After doin the things correctly, move one to part - II
Part II:
In the main SDC Window, select ObjectDesktop ... there you will see WB 5 in the registered products with one update available and installed nothing. Double Click on WB 5 name and it will start downloading as well as installing it. Upon complition, you be asked for a reboot.
Part III:
After reboot, WB 5 configration window will apear, select the theme you want to use, upon clicking apply settings, Activation Window will appear. Use the same email and serial which you had used to register the product (you MUST BE connected to internet for this step) and click sumit. I you enter the both correctly, you will get message that you have successfully activated your copy of WB 5
Hope this will help you!!!

Again run SDC, go to File --> Archieve the application ... and select whether you want to archieve the product only or want the themes too ... the archieving process will start and if done successfully, you will be informed that the archieving has been completed successfully.
Go to c:\program file\stardock\SDCentrall\BACKUP ... and copy WindowBlinds5(Date).zip to a safe location so that you can restore it again by SDC in case of any OS Corruption.
To restore the archieve, run SDC, go to file --> resotre archieve and browse to the location where you have pasted the archieved (zipped) WB 5. It will restore and install it again for you
USEFULL TIP:
Check SDC regullarly so that the you upto date updates for the SD Prodcuts you have purchased.
Regards

I thank you all for your help.
I tried the original link in Opera, IE and Firefox but kept getting that same page. Being totally non-techy I had no idea what it meant. Thanks very much for emailing me the install, it went smoothly and perefctly, thank goodness.
