No Titlebar Transparency

i downloaded WB5 from a link in the Release date is tomorrow thread, installed it, but only the start menu, taskbar and right click menus are transparent, heres the info in the config -

What skins don't work? You do know that 3rd party skins don't have transparency in the free version? Just checking..

The Aura, 5imple Alpha, Cyclops & DogMax skins should all support per pixel alpha in the shareware version.  No other skins do. 

There is a huge nag which comes up to tell you this when you apply another per pixel alpha skin.
