Transparent Taskbar Problem

Greetings, I have the following problem since the first WB5 beta, and due to the latest builds doesn't appear to solve it, neither the latest ATI drivers, I decided to post it here. I'm sorry if I missed a post that explains it, but I haven't found anything.
The problem appears with any WB theme that has transparent taskbar, and I suffer it because I place the taskbar on the left side of the screen with the auto hide option enabled.
The problem is that every time the taskbar appears, it disappears twice like a flash (happens very quickly) and it is something that annoys me a lot. To show it better, here you can see the transitions http://spinfusor.shackspace.com/taskbarbug.JPG
