An office xp style skin?

When I first purchased Windowblinds back about 4.2 or so, I was peeved when I found out that it wouldn't skin Office 97. I have since upgraded to Office XP and like the look of it so well, that I think I'd like to see the rest of my programs looking like it, too. Has anyone already created a skin that does this?

It used to come with WB, dont know what happened to it..
