IM Notifications

Hey I've been using OD for a while, but the one thing I could use is that like with Trillian or AIM or anything like that when someone IMs u that you get some kind of notification. I know that when its not on Auto-Hide it kinda "glows" but that doesn't get my attention really. Like on Mac OSx they have that little bouncy thing don't they? Is there a way to get that for OD? Thanks!
