Don't ya wish...

...that the forums here were stamped with your own timezone? I get confused as to how long ago a post was made when I look at the latest post and it's 6 hours ahead of time. Just wondering what everyone else thinks.

If I'm not mistaken.. I "think" it already does this. I'm in the Eastern Standard Time Zone and the time of posts always seems to be accurate? But, who knows..

It's 2:36 am, here in the middle of the country, and the stamp I get is 2:36 for me and 3:35 for you....

Bizaar. But who knows if it's depending upon browser you use or whatever. I couldn't honestly tell you. I can tell you to check out your account information... Click this Link

That should be a login to get to your account information. Make sure all of your information is provided and if you need to add anything (which I would assume) press the Update button and hopefully that will make a difference?

Well does it matter? I don't really care whether a post is 4,6 or 12 hours ahead or before me. As long as i see it and i'm able to comment on i don't mind.

Developer Cyberworld,

I agree with you. But, on the other hand if you are as anal as I am and I'm guessing scorpio-logic is.. Yeah, it matters.

All my posts get stamped yesterday...like around 18 hours behind what it is here in Aust. It can get confusing when there's mention of an upcoming event for a day that we've already had come and go....like you're still waiting, and we're thinking: "Where'd it go?"

I beleive time stamps are suppose to be at WC time.

Hey starkers can we really get you confused and start using our northern seasons as a reference on top of the time difference.

Eastern time here. Until the time change, the post times always displayed an hour earlier than my time, posting in Central time--as Caravan1 said: WC time

Since the time chg, the post times match my time-- they didn't "fall back"

CST time here and we "fell back". All of the time stamps seem to be EST and an hour ahead of me. I am writing this at 7:25 and I expect the stamp to say 8:25

scorpio-logic thinks about changing nic to "anal-logic"....and dismisses the idea.

Gotcha all to respond to the thread, so at least some of you have as much time on your hands (and an addiction to feed) to check out what the heck I was talking about. hehehehehe
