upload error

hi i made my own bootskin and would like to publish it, but when i try to submit my skin (after i entered the information - filedirectory, descriptio - and pressed forward) an error occurs. it says that theres a site error:

There was a problem opening this page. Please refresh the page and try again.
Whatever you were trying to do, it didn't work out the way you expected.
You could always return to the Home Page.

This is a bug that happens from time to time. Try it again later, and if you still get the error, report it to T-Man at [email protected]
