Help with WB5

I was hoping to insert a screenshot of what I'm trying to get help with, but as it is on my pc and not on a website, am unsure as to how to do that.
My problem is that when I use a skin like VistaXP by Kol, or Dreamland, up at the top of the title bar where it tells you what program is being used (sorry if it seems a bit vague, but am unsure as to how to explain it better) there is black highlighting the text.
But in screenshots I've seen of users using the same skins, this isn't the case.
Can anybody out there help me with this?
As I mentioned, I do have a screenshot of what I'm trying (badly I suspect) to say with arrows pointing to the area in quiestion.
Am more than happy to email the screenshot to anybody that can help me with this.
