Episode 13 arrives on Halloween! Ooh, Spookie! This week's PowerUser.TV podcast talks about the USA vs. The World with regards to the Internet, dumping computer garbage in other countries, and a ton of games discussion including the release of Civilization IV.
And thanks to the power of editing, something stupid I said was taken out that we'll be talking about next week. Civilization IV came out last week and many users reported problems installing it on ATI cards. I had -- without having played the game yet -- concluded that those people must be doing something "dumb".
