BEING GREEDY !
Is 2 better then 1 ?
Sunday, October 30, 2005 by mike b1954 | Discussion: ObjectDock
Being a Stardock 'newbie', my first impressions of the Stardock Object Desktop were quite surprising . . I've only had it for a few days and now I am changing all my desktop . .On an hourly basis! I know nothing about the actual designing of these things . . but I can't wait to get started...Once I've plucked up the courage ! ! !
So . . just a couple of queries . . .hopefully not too difficult for the "Wizz-kids" among you . .
1. When I bought Object Desktop,do I get the FULL OBJECT DOCK Prog ? ?
2. Is it possible to have 2 or more object docks, each with their own settings and icons ? ?
3. Eventually I would like to design my own widgets and enhancements . .
Is it possible to add Sound Effects to widgets ? ?
Just One Thing,Guys and Gals - - I'm a 'SILVER SURFER'- who knows nothing about progging/modding , so please (with a capital 'P' !) can you reply to me using dialog from the " PC for the Braindead " book . .
Once again , to the Stardock Designers ,skin designers ,and everbody else who has made my PC experience more enjoyable , THANKS !
cheers ,
Mike

No. OD+ is a separate purchase (but well worth it IMHO). I have purchased both ObjectDesktop and ObjectDock+ (amongst others)
Provided you buy OD+, yes! I have 4 docks (1 tabbed, 3 not) currently.
