Vema: Did Artifact85's advice resolve your situation? If not, try checking both boxes on the "Troubleshooting" page in the WindowBlinds Configuration window.
Let us know if you get your problem resolved.

Vema: What version are your videocard drivers?
Also, could you copy/paste the text from the "Troubleshooting" section of the WindowBlinds configuration window?
We're all hoping to get this working for you, please keep us informed!

Which context menu? There are context menus specific to each application. If you could link to a screenshot, that would definitely help!
Which version of the WindowBlinds 5 Beta are you running and do you have any Windows service packs installed?
Since WindowBlinds is still in beta, it's hard to give the highest priority to every bug we come across. Please do keep in mind though, that any beta might be unstable, because as Wikipedia defines it, "A beta version or beta release usually represents the first feature complete version of a computer program or other product, likely to be unstable but useful for internal demonstrations and previews to select customers."
Following your response, I will submit the bug.
Thank you for participating in the WindowBlinds 5 Beta test!
