That's good. But the bad side is that you either have to have a cc or debit card to purchase anything. I for one, don't.

you don't have a bank account? All you need in the info off a cheque to made EFT transfers from your bank

This is excellent news, this should help a lot of people get their subscriptions. In fact I may have to donate a sub for someone myself.

Great idea for secure web transactions. I've had a PayPal acct for years and it's a fast easy way to pay for things online.
