Distorted Theme?

Hey for some reason alot of WB themes are distorted for me.. For instance the Anion theme.. Screen Shot of my desktop: (http://img462.imageshack.us/img462/912/distorted5mv.jpg).. As you can see the start menu and the taskbar/clock is distorted.. Anyone knwow what the proble is?
