I have reset the activation records for your account. You should be set for the moment.
Frankly, even with the way your IP's have varied since the purchase, it shouldn't have set off the flags. Will see if we can find out why it was blocked for these recent reinstalls.
Note also that you can save the sig.bin for an app from a given OS install and you should be all set if you drop it back in the directory (like from a backup/restore).

One other thing that may be noteworthy...I contacted SD support to change my email address on my account, whcih they did. I have noticed since I renewed my OD subscription recently, that it is now back to my old email, not sure if this is relevant to anything but thought I'd mention it. There is no way to deactivate instances of MP, you will need support to reset it for you.
