Certain windows arnt skinned

Like my commant prompt, Windows media player when i have the titlebar on, my PowerArchiver.. Most windows have a visual style, but the ones that dont just have a warped classic windows look. They've done this for a while but I havent exactly done anything about it, But now it annoys me. Can anyone hel.[?

i have the same problem with cmd
when i run cmd i get a bright blue unskinned windows classic look...i don't use cmd alot, but it is rather annoying that when i do it's not skinned....
i have the registered version of wb...the cmd window is the only windows i have noticed this problem with

Registered. 4.6, butthe problem has been for previosu versions too. I'm not sure when it started, if everything was ever fully skinned.
