Start Bar will not change style

I am having an issue with WB's where the Start Bar will not change style's it will only change colors with the selection... any ideas? Also this is a Fresh XP install and fresh WB install.

Do you have your start menu set on classic or the other?
If it's on classic, set it to the other.

I have tried changing from Classic to XP style and back... no difference... it still looks like the classic 2000 start bar. It has the square start button and all even when switching between Skins.

did you have a free version 1st? and did you fully uninstall it prior to installing the paid? Have you entered your serial # for the paid via SDC?

which version if paid?
Shareware version is limited...doesn't skin everything.
