Does the Calendar Docklet not work with the free version of ObjectDock?

Saturday, October 15, 2005 by ohtram | Discussion: ObjectDock

I downloaded the free version of ObjectDock and it works fine for me. I don't need the tabs etc. However, I would like to use the popular Calendar Docklet but when I try to ad it, I get a memory error and ObjectDock shuts down. Is that because I use the free version?

Which docklet specifically are you trying to load? There shouldn't be any problem when loading docklets. By "popular", I assume you meant most downloads. I've checked out the Calendar Docklet 3.4 (the most downloaded calendar docklet) at Link and have no problems loading it. (This is using the free version)

I don't get any errors, but I can't get the Calendar Docklet to work either. Everything else works fine. I have the paid version and Windows 2000.

The docklet loads fine and it displays the right date, but when I click on it it does not do anything. There is a 'configure' option, but that does not do anything either. It won't 'remember' anything I put in the configure box.
