Cant load WB themes

I am cannot load any WB themes. I have a computer that the family uses and after doing some digging in my computer, I think the problem is. One of my boys loaded a UXTHEME.dll patch utility. I have a 64bit XP OS. How do I restore the UXTHEME.dll file?

-Start->Run
-type in "sfc /scannow"
This will copy over originals and replace any modified or corrupted system files.
