In the skin with the purple flames, I noticed an effect you have going on there. I have seen it in some other skins like ^^Gabrile's FabreLink
and also in pictoratus' FabergeLink
I don't know what to call it, so out of ignorance, I will refer to ti as 'those little black dots'. It gives the skins a kind of 'hand drawn element' that I really like. It reminds of the Mobius 'Silver Surfer' magazines. (And Denzel was right, Morbius was the best)
Anyway, I was kind of wondering, and hoping, you might be willing to share what it is and how you accomplish it??? Please. I haven't been able to figure out how to duplicate it in Photoshop.

This was my prelim ss, I've done a bit more (actually alot more) to it since this. I've got a ways to go but hopefully if all goes as planned it should be done around the end of the month.
