Unskinned buttons

When a skin is 'Ported' I notice there is no .bmp for the File, Edit, View, Favorites, Tools, Help buttons. I have enhanced Skin Studio. Is there any way I can make them? Where do I enter them? On all other skins I have no problem. it's just a quirk of mine that I like them skinned. Please help. BTW, most of the ported skins are just beautiful. Thanks in advance.

In the left tree of Skinstudio..look for Controls/Menus/Bar background/Bar items. In the right tree you want to paste your image into Menu bar buttons. Be sure to enable the buttons just above where you pasted. Save and apply. 
You can then swap the individual button images around with your image editor if the buttons don't function as wanted.
