I've been out of town and haven't attempted to figure out how to make the new WB work. I'm still having problems changing skins and am locked into windows classic. I am able to access the wb window and clicking on the troubleshooting button gives me this response

STATUS : WB+ SRV+ HLP+ UI+
WindowBlinds is not installed correctly on this PC. If you did not reboot after installing WindowBlinds 5 for the first time, then please reboot and try this again.
WindowBlinds appears to be activated on this PC
Your machine supports per pixel borders on WindowBlinds skins.
You have one monitor in total.
(Plug and Play Monitor) 1 is attached to Intel(R) 82915G/GV/910GL Express Chipset Family
'NetMeeting driver' also exists as device '\\.\DISPLAYV1', but is not attached to the desktop and is a mirror driver.
'RDPDD Chained DD' also exists as device '\\.\DISPLAYV2', but is not attached to the desktop and is a mirror driver.
I'm going to reinstall an earlier version or just restore the system and lookat this issue when I return home next week. Would appreciate any constructive suggestions on what the problem might be and how to correct it. and "yes", I have hard rebooted the system several times with no effect

turning the computer off as opposed to "restarting", which is also known as a soft reboot

Do you see any error messages in the installation log?
