Installed but not running: DX3 3.10.042 and Object Bat 1.99e[b].002 and WindowFX 2.20c[b].003

So uh...this isn't going to be fixed? That kinda sucks...I get this all the time. My CursorXP has a tendency to go under the titlebars as well...and the start menu too. Plus, DesktopX widgets go on top of the title bars alot. Basically, lots of z-order issues with WB5...still an awesome app, just kinda annoying when the effect gets ruined by drawing order issues...
Hydromanekin69: if you have OD you can get it from Stardock Central. If you don't have OD, then I hope you aren't suggesting anything illegal...

Jonathan: The z order issues are a bug in the OS itself. We have a reproducable test case for this now and will be passing the information over to Microsoft in the hopes that they will fix it.
We are currently looking into if the later versions of Windows (2003 server & XP 64 bit) suffer from this problem or not.

Plus even if someone wanted to send you the beta they really couldn't. You can't install it without SDC and an OD account.
Rest assured once the bugs are out and it is released officially it will be available to all.

Thats a bug in XP I am afraid. Its painting things out of order but you will notice the mouse clicks go to the menu correctly.
If you reboot it will all be fine again. Logging in & out might fix it too.
