Thanks for that info, Neil. I've come across this small snag as well but it's not a major issue, TM applies the other components okay, and I'm sure Stardock will reunite WB with TM fairly soon.
I have, however, found another litle glitch...nothing happens when clicking 'Edit in SkinStudio'. I upgraded to the most recent version of SkinStudio (4.90[b]002), but when clicking 'Per Application' I get a red cross where the icon for SkS should be, suggesting a possible communication issue with WB5 as SkS opens from the 'All Programs' menu and loads the available WB skins. Again, this is not a major issue for me as I do not use these features a great deal, though it would be nice to have them functioning.
P.S. Also, the previous version wasn't uninstalled prior to updating, if that helps.

| "I'm a OD user. I purchased it in the beginning because of the TM feature, but as time passed I used it less and and WB, IP and CP more and more. I rarely download a complete theme now, just the parts I want. Using TM really limits the things that I want to see and do. I downloaded WB5 with no problems at all, made a restore point just in case, downloaded over 4.6, restarted and everything worked. I've had a computer for only a year now and it's not high end by any means. $600. Since there have been fewer posts about bugs and installation problems I assume that most of them have been resolved. No TM integration is a small price to pay for an outstanding program. Looking forward to FX integration though." |
Thats what I mean when I say WB5 is useless to me without TM support. I have so many themes where I mix and match stuff, TM for some reason with WB5 loaded doesn't list the WB name after the first try to load, I wouldn't mind going to WB5 and loading the associated Blind if I knew what it was, but I can't remeber them all. Hopefully they will upgrade the support in the final release, because I did like what I saw, just not willing to give up TM support right now.
