Tablet PC TIP issues

Hi, I'm using WB5 (beta) on a tablet PC with Windows XP Tablet edition and I notice several behaviors:
(1) The Tablet Input Panel (TIP) is not skinned.
(2) When changing skins, the TIP process often goes into a CPU runaway where it locks up 98% CPU.
(3) TIP performance, overall, appears to be diminished.
I'm pretty much using WB as-is out of the "box," so are there any settings I should use to make it more TIP friendly?
