WindowBlinds 5 trouble WIN2003

Just tested WB5 on WIN2003 german, latest Servicepacks 6GB Memory.
Can call WBCONFIG, select Skins etc. but by applying and exiting the System was halted.
Same if i'm going throug Controlmanager (Suites, Desktop, Designs etc.)
Stop: c000021a
Windows logon process terminated unexpected
status 0xc0000005 (0x00000000 0x00000000)
System halted
After power off and power on, the new Skin is working fine so fare.

It was 4 Times reproducable, the last time a small window opened showing a dll name with the word german behind it. But before i could write down the dll name, the blue screen came.
The thing i have done after the last crash was to install a "normal" Skin which was not part of WB 5. This Skinname was first not Visible in wbconfig because of refresh problems in the list of installed skins. (You have to click on empty Space for showing up the skinname). After that, i had no crash anymore.
I also completly uninstalled wb5 and reinstalled it (with booting between), the error is gone.

Thats nasty and unusual.
Is this 100% reproducable?
