Hiding Desktop icons

Friday, September 30, 2005 by liquidguru | Discussion: WinCustomize Talk

i must admit i have a messy desktop, with icons all over the place....it's just how my mind works..if i tidy them up, how will i find them again??

as i use object desktop right click, i cannot 'right click' on my desktop to hide my icons which is annoying..i found this very usefull little utility that enables you to hide all your desktop icons by putting your cursor 1cm from the top of your screen..it will re-display your icons by doing the same thing...

i hope this will help anyone with a similar mind

I assume you mean you have Stardock RightClick loaded?

If so, you can CTRL-RightClick to get the original Windows rightclick menu again.
