AutoHide Taskbar problem
Taskbar won't appear

I've had this problem before but forgot how I got rid of it. I'm using the Windows option to autohide my taskbar, and Windoblinds with VistAXP on. When ever I put my mouse cursor over the taskbar where there is a program open, it won't appear, but when when I point my cursor in a spot on the tasbar that is unoccupied, it will appear. Can anyone help me here? Thanks.
