Yahoo and ?Direct Skin?

I am getting terrible corruption when the latest Yahoo Messenger is running at work without WB installed. I assume that Yahoo is using Direct Skin since the behavior is similar to what I have seen with WB many moons ago(magic pink around some graphics, etc.). Does Direct Skin require some kind of 3D acceleration?

Yahoo Messenger does not use DirectSkin.
At a guess I would say its a graphics driver issue and you need to upgrade them if possible. If that doesn't fix it, contact Yahoo and see if they have any ideas.
