linto to folders

Hello,
I'm using ObjectDock and I'd like to do a link to the folders "my pictures" and "my music".
But, how do I do it ?
Because I can't find a way to do a link to a folder... may be I need an argument an .exe to do it.
Could you help me, please ?

Open start menu or my documents if no shortcut for pics and music on start menu, click and drag to dock.

open the folder you want a shortcut to, copy the address and paste into link box.
